
View Claims and Explanation of Benefits for your Employees
Claim information contains details relating to a claim for service. The Explanation of Benefits (EOB) is created by RGA. On the EOB, you will find:
- Patient Name
- Claim Number
- Payment Information

Reports
The online reporting system allows the Benefits Plan Administrator access to easy to read reports with the ability to save in various formats, including Excel, Word and PDF. Sign in to a secure website and retrieve reports through your own personalized Web Report Portal.
Enrollment
Employers have the ability to transmit their enrollment data to RGA in a variety of ways. We offer flexibility to support each Benefits Plan Administrator's need. There are four ways RGA can accept enrollment data:
- Web Enroll – This is a web-based form available to Benefits Plan Administrators. It enables you to add, change or terminate a member on-line and automatically transmits enrollment changes to RGA. This is offered at no charge.
- File Enroll – This is a service to allow employers who already have an HR system to send an enrollment file to RGA. RGA will provide the HIPAA compliant file format specifications and data fields that are required for the correct processing of enrollment records, ID Cards and claims. This is offered at no charge.
- Ascentis HR – This HR system is offered in partnership with Ascentis. It is a good alternative if you want to manage more than just your benefit enrollment data online. For example, Employee Self Service, a web interface, allows enrollees to update their information online. This is offered for an additional fee.
- Paper Enroll – Paper or emailed enrollment forms will continue to be accepted.
