Flexible Spending Accounts


Flexible Spending Accounts offer tax-saving advantages when paying for medical expenses not covered by your health insurance.

RGA offers total integration of our medical and FSA administration within one core processing system. For employers that partner with RGA for health plan administration we offer automatic FSA adjudication for claims processed under the health plan. This means that your employees do not have to submit FSA claims for expenses like deductibles, medical copays and coinsurance.


Healthcare Reimbursement Accounts
 

RGA’s HRA accounts are seamlessly integrated with FSA and core benefit plan claim administration. Our highly flexible customized administration sets us apart from our “off-the-shelf” competitors and provides the benefit of maintaining a single point-of-service for our members and providers.
 

Healthcare Savings Accounts

RGA provides administrative services for HSA compliant high deductible plans. We do not offer Trustee services for administration of the HSA itself but can refer you to business partners that provide these services. While HSA requirements greatly limit flexibility in plan design, they offer a savings vehicle that may be very attractive for certain clients.
