Erik Hinniger is the Director of Finance and Accounting. He joined RGA from Amway’s Corporate and Financial Planning department and after 12 years at Boeing in various roles such as Investments and Capital Markets and Financial Planning & Analysis and Investor Relations.
Erik believes in servant leadership principles and the value it can unlock for RGA’s employees, members and clients. He is focused on enabling better experiences for his team’s stakeholders by fostering a culture that 1) Is forward-thinking, learns from service shortfalls, and works fearlessly to close the gap, and 2) Leverages data and sound financial concepts to support more informed decision-making.
Erik has a BA in Economics and Political Science from Claremont McKenna College.

You may find Erik around town continuing his seemingly endless search for great ethnic food and the area’s best cup of coffee. While he describes his palate as a recent development, his passion for supporting Seattle’s sports teams has been around since as far back as he can remember.
