Heather is Vice President of Business Development after nearly 20 years in sales between Sound Leasing and Aetna. Over her career, Heather has been involved in many areas of employee benefits including Sales, Account Management and having her own benefit program while operating her own companies. Heather enjoys the process of reviewing a client’s current strategy, educating them on options that might fit their specific needs, creating a custom solution, and then tracking outcomes. She has a strong track record demonstrating that consultative selling results in a more satisfied client.
Heather graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BA in Business Administration from the University of San Diego.

Heather loves sports! Whether she is enjoying a Sounder’s match, taking in a Seahawk’s game, or cheering on her teenage boys’ teams, she is always fan #1! When not watching sports, Heather is an avid kickboxer, enjoys CrossFit and loves all the outdoor activities the Northwest has to offer!
