Linda Cole is the Director of Member Care at RGA. In her prior role, she worked in oncology at Swedish Cancer Institute providing cancer care to patients first as a frontline nurse, then as a manager of operations. At Swedish, Linda specialized in the ambulatory cancer patient experience including medical oncology, infusion, and Phase 1 cancer research.

Linda has a Masters in Healthcare Administration from University of Washington and a Bachelor's in Nursing and a minor in Psychology from Washington State University.

Linda enjoys spending time with her grandson and loves to garden, read, and travel with her family.
