Making It Personal at our Annual Offsite Meeting
On Thursday, March 10th, RGA held our annual employee meeting. We take this opportunity every year to inspire and recharge to ensure that we are exceeding our clients’ expectations. This year was extra special as we celebrated our 30th anniversary. During our meeting, we generated excitement about the future of RGA and where we are headed. We also spent time giving back to various local charities.
Employees donated 377 pounds of food and household for HopeLink. We also worked to put together packets of toiletries for Tree House to support teenage, foster boys when they are introduced to a new home. The primary cause at our meeting was raising money to support the Leukemia Lymphoma Society and our team participating in the Seattle Big Climb. Through various fundraising efforts, our team is proud to have raised more than $7,500. RGA is matching the fundraising amount dollar for dollar, meaning our total contribution to the Leukemia Lymphoma society will exceed $15,000 this year!
